His career started with a quirky job involving Barbie dolls (yes, really!) before diving into the fast-paced world of consulting at BCG. There, he stood out as one of the top performers, thanks to his versatility—whether it was working in factories, selling at markets, or even doing market research in bar clubs, he was all in.
At Shopee, Anh Dan began in marketing, teaming up with big names like Sơn Tùng M-TP. Later, he switched gears to commercial sales, managing FMCG products like cosmetics, baby essentials, and food. This gave him a sharp eye for strategy and the art of selling.
Outside of work, Anh Dan is a self-proclaimed introvert (ISTJ) who loves early morning walks, sipping matcha, and binge-watching zombie movies. He’s also got a knack for cracking jokes—and laughing at them himself long after. Beyond the laughs, he’s deeply passionate about personal growth and helping others level up.
