Lifebff Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 29, 2025

Welcome to Lifebff! We’re thrilled to have you here. These Terms of Service outline the rules for using Lifebff’s services—including our app and website. By using Lifebff, you agree to follow these terms. If you're not okay with them, it's best not to use our services.

Please take the time to read through everything carefully, especially Section 13 about dispute resolution, as it contains important information about how we'll resolve any issues.

1. Who Can Use Lifebff?

To use Lifebff, you must be at least 16 years old (or older, depending on your local laws) and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. If you're under 18, please make sure you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the app. By using Lifebff, you confirm that you're legally able to do so.

2. What You’re Allowed to Do with Lifebff

We’re granting you a personal, non-transferable license to use Lifebff and all its features—like finding friends, dates, or activities to do nearby. But there are some things you cannot do:

  • Don’t try to copy, modify, or hack the app.
  • Don’t share your username or password with anyone else.
  • Don’t use Lifebff for illegal activities or to hurt other people.
  • Don’t attempt to bypass the system by using fake information or hacking tools.
  • Don’t distribute, sell, or sublicense Lifebff’s content unless we’ve specifically given you permission.

In simple terms: you can use the app for its intended purpose, but don’t misuse it. If you do, we reserve the right to take action, including suspending or terminating your account.

3. Our Right to Change or Stop the Services

We’re constantly improving Lifebff, which means we might update, suspend, or even stop providing parts of our services at any time. While we will do our best to keep you in the loop, we don't guarantee that everything will always be available or remain the same. If there are big changes to the services, we’ll let you know!

If we decide to stop providing the services altogether, we’ll try to provide you with notice, but we’re not responsible for any interruptions or loss of access. Sometimes, issues like software updates or server maintenance may cause temporary disruptions.

4. About Your Account

When you sign up for Lifebff, we ask you to create a personal account. Please make sure your information is correct and up-to-date, and protect your login details. If you ever suspect that your account has been hacked or misused, let us know immediately at info@neztwork.com.

You are solely responsible for the activity on your account, and we suggest logging out from shared computers to avoid unauthorized use.

5. We Own the App, But You Can Share!

Everything about Lifebff—its design, images, software, and content—is owned by us. But we love seeing you create content! When you post photos, comments, or anything else on Lifebff, you give us permission to use, modify, and share it in any way we see fit (with proper credit when needed).

We won’t share your personal details without your consent, but anything you post publicly on the app is fair game for us to use across platforms, promotional materials, and more.

6. You’re Responsible for Your Actions

While we take steps to keep Lifebff safe, you are responsible for your actions on the app. This means:

  • Be respectful: Don’t post anything offensive, harmful, or inappropriate.
  • Follow the rules: Don’t try to use Lifebff for anything illegal.
  • Report issues: If you see something suspicious or wrong, let us know!

Any harmful or inappropriate behavior may lead to account suspension or termination.

7. Safety and Meeting Up

Lifebff helps you connect with people nearby, but you are responsible for your own safety when meeting up with someone in person. Here are a few safety tips:

  • Meet in public places for your first meeting.
  • Let a friend or family member know where you're going and who you're meeting.
  • Trust your instincts—if something doesn’t feel right, don’t meet up.

While we work to provide a safe environment, we can’t guarantee everything will be perfect. You meet others at your own risk.

8. Terminating Your Account

If you no longer want to use Lifebff, you can delete your account at any time. If we find that you're violating the terms, we may suspend or terminate your access without notice.

Remember, if your account is terminated because of a violation, we don’t issue refunds for any services or subscriptions.

9. Arbitration for Disputes

We prefer to resolve issues quickly and fairly, and we don’t want to spend unnecessary time in court. So, if you have a dispute with us, you agree to arbitrate rather than go to court. Here’s how it works:

  • You and Lifebff agree to use binding individual arbitration to resolve any disputes.
  • There will be no class actions or group arbitration—this is just between you and us.
  • The arbitration process is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, and we'll settle any disputes through an independent arbitrator.
  • If you're not comfortable with arbitration, you can opt-out within 30 days of starting to use Lifebff by sending us an email.

10. Your Privacy is Important to Us

At Lifebff, we care about your privacy. Please check out our Privacy Policy to see how we collect, store, and use your personal data. By using Lifebff, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Contact Us
